People have been asking me “How can we get strategies and keys about things going on in our life?” I hold up my Bible & tell them that here are sixty six books of strategies & keys to have overcoming faith.
You & I are called to a specific thing for this time. Trials & circumstances will come against you.
Jeremiah also had pressure in his life. “ If you have run with the footmen & they have tired you out, then how can you compete with the horses? If you fall down in a land of peace, how will you do in the thicket of the Jordan?” Jeremiah 12:5 God was preparing Jeremiah for something greater. He was preparing to move him to Jerusalem to speak to the people.
There is always going to be pressure & problems - We have to depend more on God & less on ourselves. God is trying to move us from one place to another. Ultimate goal!
If the enemy can distract you by the things that he speaks in your ear he can stop you. When he speaks to your ear - tell him NO!
“Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.” I John 4:4
Overcoming faith brings overcoming the world! The spirit of the world is anything that distracts you from God & His Kingdom. Everything that God wants you involved in is about eternity! Your faith will always be tested!
Strategies - 66 books of them! Get the Word in your spirit - the devil can’t do anything about it. Don’t be engrossed in the world or the desires & pleasures of it.
John 10:10 says : “The thief comes only to steal, & kill & destroy; I came that they might have life, & might have it more abundantly.”
To be a great warrior you have to go through some battles. You will find the keys in the Word - but you will have to walk it out! Pull in a little tighter & press in to the Lord. The Word says : Count it ALL joy - Book of James.
If we are kingdom minded we need to put aside time for the Lord. God is calling an army. He is calling for a Warrior Army. He is trying to bring us to the place where we can have overcoming faith.
Romans 10:17 Faith comes by hearing so stay in the Word.
Matt. 16:18 When you get God’s Word in your heart the gates of hell cannot overcome you. We have to start walking in & believing it. Stand on God’s Word : Speak, believe & stand. Press into God!
Jeremiah got discouraged to the point of considering quitting - until he realized
It wasn’t him BUT GOD!
God is raising up an army of warriors - How many want to be a warrior? How many of you are ready? It calls for PRAYER & OBEDIENCE.
